The Gift of Prayer

DON’T GIVE UP!
PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!
GOD IS LISTENING AND HE CARES!
Greetings Again Friends!

In light of all that’s going on, we must continue to pray. God is listening to our heartfelt cries and He knows our every need!   God’s gift of prayer allows us to have direct and intimate conversations with Him. To be in the presence of King of kings and to converse openly with Him is the gift of immeasurable value. Do you treasure it? Prayer is the great privilege that shouldn’t be trivialized or taken for granted.

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.“  Hebrews 4:16 NIV

Prayer enables us to pour out our hearts to our most trustworthy Counselor.

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

Prayer gives us hope because we know God is listening. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. Psalm 34:17 I love the Lord because He hears my prayers and answers them. Psalm 116:1  TLB

Knowing that God is in control and loves us beyond measure bring peace to our souls.   You (God) will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Isaiah 26:3 NIV   Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. Philippians 4:6 TLB

DON’T GIVE UP!
PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!
GOD IS LISTENING AND HE CARES!

And in the same way—by our faith—the Holy Spirit helps us with our daily problems and in our praying. Romans 8:26a TLB

Charles Stanley says to,“fight your battles on your knees.”

…if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 NIV

God bless your days ahead as you take time to talk with Him about your needs and the needs of others. As you do, may you find an extra portion of His strength and peace.

In Christ always,
    Carole
